We are hiring a sales professional who will specialize in POS and cash management within Foodics, focusing on our existing customer base and increasing their portfolio of products used by us. As a sales executive, you will work closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Growth, and Sales teams, identifying opportunities generated from the existing customer base or creating your own opportunities to grow your customer portfolio, delivering value to both the customer and Foodics.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales expansion of our Foodics Pay products to our clients.
  2. Building an active pipeline with strong closing rates.
  3. Maintaining solid relationships with customers and delivering great outcomes with high value to them, ensuring growth and revenue generation.
  4. Generating expansion opportunities from our existing customer base.
  5. Closing pre-generated opportunities from cross-functional teams and consulting with the customer on potential cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  6. Understanding the market landscape and aligning with customers on market trends and direction, maintaining a competitive advantage at all times.
  7. Engaging with customers, demonstrating and showcasing our products.
  8. Holding demos with potential customers and ensuring utilization.
  9. Reporting closed wins and lost opportunities, enhancing the process to deliver better results.
  10. Reporting and communicating periodically with the Sales Expansion Team Leader on process optimization, offers, bundling, and customer feedback to maintain better results.
  11. Calling customers, scheduling meetings, and remaining on top of customer needs.
