Exclusive Aviation Sales Consultant

CARE is seeking an Exclusive Aviation Sales Consultant to provide bespoke travel solutions to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and growing an existing client portfolio, and negotiating charter contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence in the VIP charter market
- Managing and growing an existing client portfolio while proactively seeking new business
- Providing bespoke travel solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients
- Negotiating charter contracts and ensuring seamless coordination with operations teams
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Extensive experience in private jet charter sales, preferably within the Middle East market
- Established network of UHNWIs, corporate clients, and industry professionals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets
