About the Role:

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets at JobFinder Spain.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  2. Customer Engagement: Interacting with potential customers to understand their needs and provide them with relevant information.
  3. Product Knowledge: Acquiring and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  4. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  5. Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitors, and conditions to identify potential sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate sales records, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Negotiation and Closure: Negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements, handling objections, and closing sales deals.
