Job Summary

Asterix Communications seeks a seasoned Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead our HR team in Riyadh, KSA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic HR leadership and support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day HR operations.
  2. Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR solutions that meet the needs of our core business units, including talent management, performance development, and employee relations.
  3. Manage and deliver core HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation, and employment law compliance.
  4. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
  5. Coordinate with finance, accounts, and HR teams in UAE to prepare monthly payroll and ensure accurate employee records.
  6. Oversee visa and work permit processes, including submission of applications to immigration and labor offices.
  7. Prepare invitation letters for visit visas and business visas, and enroll employees in the GOSI.
  8. Provide proactive support to employees on PRO functions, including updates on new regulations from governmental departments.
  9. Maintain and file employee records, and prepare letters, circulars, and termination letters as required.
  10. Share information with employees on company policies, working conditions, and employee benefits.
  11. Prepare monthly reports on employee joinings, resignations, terminations, and mobilizations for management review.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership and management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in KSA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
