Account Growth Specialist

As a Regional Sales Manager at Commencis, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. To succeed in this position, you must have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of technology, digital, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sustainable business pipeline, supporting commercial objectives and identifying opportunities to qualify and close.
- Research and define innovations in the target markets, developing strategies to discover and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Expand our portfolio through partnerships within the industry, particularly in international markets.
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets and new development opportunities in emerging markets.
- Develop a tactical marketing plan for niche sales kits, advising and delivering to appropriate sectors.
- Implement, control, and manage sales & distribution strategies in account channels to achieve business objectives.
- Lead the proposal and quotation process, participating in contract negotiations throughout the negotiation process.
- Regularly update activity information and pipeline for management reporting.
- Take part in the development of the branding strategy.
- Manage client and prospect relationships at commercial and technical levels, using available resources.
- Represent Commencis at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
- Understand and utilize Commencis products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in technology/digital is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of technology, digital, and innovation.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels.
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to deliver and sell propositions between companies and software products.
- Ability to position products against competitors.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire.
