The Key Account Management team at Amazon is responsible for driving success for high-performing sellers in the KSA Marketplace. We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist to help shape the future of the Account Management program.
Job Description- Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting seller business performance to highlight opportunities for increasing sales.
- Analyze territory trends, diagnose root causes of performance, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
- Define the territory, opportunities, and goals (Input/Output) within the portfolio of accounts.
- Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan.
- Implement account management best practices.
A Day in the Life:
- Interact with key sellers.
- Sourcing new selection from sellers with potential to add more selection.
- Staying laser-focused on stocks for key ASINs.
- Sourcing deals from sellers to delight our customers.
- Maintaining sharp prices on the platform.
