Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Spa Director to lead our luxury spa operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the head of our world-class spa facility, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth. Your expertise in spa operations, leadership, and financial management will be crucial in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
This role involves leading and inspiring a team of spa professionals, developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance spa operations and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance spa operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Leading and inspiring a team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Overseeing financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute innovative promotional strategies
  • Managing inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and introducing new treatments and services to keep the spa competitive
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and hotel management
  • Analyzing performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Ensuring cultural sensitivity and adherence to local customs in all spa operations

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in spa management or related luxury hospitality roles is required. Strong leadership skills, excellent financial management and budgeting capabilities, and exceptional customer service skills are essential. Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills, are highly desirable.
