Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Growth Manager to join our team in the Central and Eastern Provinces. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding our market presence, and delivering exceptional results in these key territories.

You will have a proven track record as a results-driven sales professional in the diagnostics/laboratory industry and in-depth knowledge of diagnostic business models. Your experience working with distributors and third-party partners is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business plan targets.
  2. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand our market presence.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

You will have strong leadership skills with a focus on people development and succession planning. Your ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, purchasing agents, and distributors, is essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Lab, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, including at least 3 years managing managers.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
