Role Overview:

The Regional Business Growth Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and channel sales in the KSA market. The successful candidate will be a key member of our sales team and will be expected to develop and implement a regional business growth strategy to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional business growth strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and recruit new partners and resellers in the KSA market
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing partners and system integrators
  • Cultivate strong relationships with third-party companies to deliver full solutions to customers
  • Execute end-to-end sales process within assigned territory to achieve volume and profit objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales management
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and ability to build relationships and connections
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closures
