Job Summary

The Sales Account Manager role is a field-based sales position that focuses on growing market share and driving product penetration rates for Managed Services in the SMB vertical.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling to prospective clients by highlighting how our innovative managed services solutions satisfy their complex technology and communication needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a focused sales specialist to drive sales of various offerings to the SMB market.
  • Generating leads through networking, cold calling, premise visits, and industry events while identifying new opportunities.
  • Qualifying opportunities independently and in a team format.
  • Following the sales plan to meet and exceed sales goals for assigned accounts.
  • Selling client-centric solutions tailored for the SMB market.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Managed Services to sell services.
  • Maintaining sales databases necessary to report sales activity and client information.
  • Attending sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Performing additional duties related to this position as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Diploma degree in IT / Electronics / MIS or related fields. 3-5 years of Sales Experience.
