About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the KSA office. Reporting to the GM, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within KSA, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Working closely with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies, targeting both short-term wins and long-term growth.
  • Overseeing the management of key accounts, ensuring the delivery of services and client experience. Supporting the development of customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Keeping a pulse on local market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities in KSA to provide strategic insights and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through new business acquisition, renewals, and upselling. Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Tracking sales performance and analyzing client feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Representing B-Engaged at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in KSA.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in business development or sales roles, with a focus on digital marketing, media, or the tech industry. Experience in the KSA market is preferred.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • A passion and understanding of the sports business industry.
    • Proven track record of business development, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with a focus on social media, brand strategy, and performance marketing.
    • Knowledge of local market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics in KSA.
  • Strategic Mindset:
    • Strong ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and align strategies with company goals for sustainable growth.
    • Develop and present proposals and strategic documents that address client needs and business objectives.
    • Conduct market analysis and prospect industry trends to identify and secure new business opportunities.
