Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through strategic relationships.
  2. Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets, leveraging market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
  4. Foster strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.
  5. Prepare and present regular account reviews and sales reports to senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements: A proven track record in sales, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is also required.
