Sales Account Manager Lead

Lawazem's Mission: To deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through strategic relationships.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets, leveraging market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.
- Prepare and present regular account reviews and sales reports to senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements: A proven track record in sales, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is also required.
