Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Lead to join our team in Riyadh. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing, hiring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve success. You will analyze sales numbers, identify weaknesses, and report to management to improve the sales process.

You will also be in charge of building relationships with potential clients, qualifying leads, and following up on new business opportunities. Your expertise in consultative selling will enable you to pass on your knowledge to your team, ensuring they hit their input and output KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales managerial experience, preferably in the startup or logistics industry

  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills
