About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across the MSCI Private Capital suite of products, working closely with clients and prospects to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate new business and maintain existing client relationships across the MSCI Private Capital suite of products.
  • Travel to client locations across the GCC to meet with clients/prospects regarding new products and enhancements to existing products.
  • Position and close sales with prospective clients, upsell existing clients, and leverage in-depth knowledge of the investment management process to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales Management, Relationship Management, Client Service, Product Management, Legal, and Sales Operations to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while selling to institutional clients.
  • Strong financial knowledge and experience.
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Understanding of and experience dealing with major financial institutions, especially institutional investors.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and the investment process.
  • Demonstrated institutional sales experience, including working in financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required; MBA or Masters Degree preferred. CFA, FRM, CAIA, MFA a plus.
