Business Growth Strategist for Medical Devices

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team in the Western region of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the Emergency Care segment.
This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, a deep understanding of the local healthcare market, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
You will create and implement lead generation plans, ensure accurate sales forecasts, and conduct country visits to identify new business opportunities.
Additionally, you will plan and execute relevant after-sales support, in-service training, training workshops, symposia, conferences, and related marketing activities in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field, as well as 2-3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales or clinical support.
A strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills is essential.
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English are also required.
