Job Overview:

The Residential Consultant will play a vital role in driving sales growth and customer acquisition for Rentokil Initial. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients and business opportunities through effective prospecting and market analysis.
  • Deliver professional and engaging sales presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits of Rentokil Initial's services.
  • Survey premises to estimate technical requirements and provide accurate pricing information.
  • Create customized offers and proposals for target clients using all necessary marketing tools.
  • Present new products and services to existing clients, enhancing client relationships through regular courtesy calls and visits.
  • Educate clients on the processes that enable them to gain maximum value from Rentokil Initial's services.
  • Prepare detailed offers, follow up on contract negotiations, and handle after-sales follow-up.
  • Communicate effectively with the Operations Department regarding new sales and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client data on Rentokil Initial systems.
  • Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Participate in events and exhibitions to promote Rentokil Initial's services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets.
  • Proficiency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus.
  • Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office and CRM.
