About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Specialist to join our team at NOV Inc. as a key member of the HR Technology team. The successful candidate will provide customer-focused HR systems support and development to serve the needs of all end users and operational stakeholders across the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support and resolution for all HR systems, including Kronos Timekeeping and Activities, and ADP Payroll (SAP or Celergo).
  • Investigate and troubleshoot systems errors, working with internal and external support teams to resolve issues.
  • Deliver end-user and change requests support, as well as configuration and testing for HR applications.
  • Support Regional Payroll Teams and in-country Time Keeping Power Users groups in the use of HR systems.
  • Develop and configure HR and Time systems, including interfaces, tables, and field updates.
  • Perform regular tasks such as monthly audits, data cleansing, and report running table updates.
  • Manage user access and security profiles, ensuring correct usage and assignment.
  • Support ad-hoc requests, such as mass data loads, data interrogation, and reorganizations.
  • Assist with annual activities, including salary reviews, benefit enrollments, talent, and performance cycles.
  • Undertake best practice testing methodology.
  • Collaborate with the HR Services team on systems-related projects.
  • Maintain accurate working documentation, including technical specification documents, local work instructions, and user guides.
Requirements
  • Higher education in a relevant subject.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR applications and systems.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good understanding of HR application structures and data manipulation skills.
  • General interest and experience in working with computer systems.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • IT degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Kronos Timekeeping and Activities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SAP/Celergo System.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, including PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • SharePoint Developer Experience.
  • Other languages.
  • Project Management Experience.
