Senior Sales Professional - Russian Expertise

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional with expertise in the Russian market to join our team as a Senior Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, particularly in Russian-speaking markets, and be able to leverage their knowledge to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in Russian-speaking regions.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners in the Russian market.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and stay ahead in the market.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Fluency in Russian is a must, along with proficient English language skills.
2. Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in Russian-speaking markets.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Ability to travel frequently to Russian-speaking countries for business purposes.
