Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions
  • Proven track record in business application software sales
  • Experience leading/managing a sales team in a fast-paced, consultative environment

Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrated knowledge of consultative selling methodologies and techniques
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales campaigns and negotiate contracts
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
