Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic and results-oriented Event Manager with a strong marketing background to lead the planning and execution of our dynamic events in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

  2. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and offline platforms. Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content that drives audience engagement and attendance.
  3. Mood Board Creation: Develop mood boards that capture the vision, theme, and overall aesthetic of each event. Collaborate with designers to ensure the event's visual identity aligns with the overall concept and brand objectives.
  4. Project Presentations: Prepare and present project proposals, including main ideas, concepts, and briefs for designers and other stakeholders. Ensure that presentations effectively communicate the event's vision and strategic goals to clients, team members, and sponsors.

  7. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage a team of event staff, designers, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align event strategies with overall company goals.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within allocated resources. Maximize event impact while staying within budget constraints.

Requirements

Experience:
