About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at Dar Al-Hekma. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the dean and contribute to the smooth operation of the college.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the dean, including preparing documents, arranging meetings, and taking minutes.
  • Monitor and maintain the college website, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff to plan and prepare orientation programs for new employees.
  • Assist with data gathering and record-keeping, including tracking events, photos, and contracts.
  • Work collaboratively with other stakeholders across the university to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
