This role is responsible for ensuring all sales targets are met within the designated area. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of sales experience in FMCG and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise sales teams to achieve sales targets and implement company plans.
  2. Maintain control over key performance indicators (KPIs) and report competitive activities to senior management.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stockists and customers.
  4. Ensure compliance with FLSMP standards and SSFL execution protocols.
