We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to oversee our FMCG sales operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and build strong relationships with key distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives for the KSA market.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching, motivation, and performance development.
  • Negotiate business development agreements with key accounts and optimize distribution channels.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities in the KSA FMCG landscape.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in FMCG sales management, preferably in the KSA market.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives through distributor management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.
