Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a strategic leader or in a similar executive role within a high-growth environment.
  • Skills: Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate future needs and make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging direct reports, peers, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
