About the Position

Stryker is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Western region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop targeted strategies to drive sales growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, pre-hospitals, and the EMS sector.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the region.
  4. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets.
  5. Engage in direct sales activities with hospitals and pre-hospitals.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to prioritize country and regional market needs.
  7. Communicate customer feedback to the Quality Management Representative and Manager.
