Territory Account Manager

Stryker is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Western region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop targeted strategies to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, pre-hospitals, and the EMS sector.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the region.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Engage in direct sales activities with hospitals and pre-hospitals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prioritize country and regional market needs.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Quality Management Representative and Manager.
