We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Contract Director to join our team at Top Notch Consultancy. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex construction claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in construction claims management, contract administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex construction claims
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply contractual provisions, industry standards, and legal precedents
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to direct and mentor a team of claims professionals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and claims management software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Construction Lawyer (CCL) or similar certification
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or other relevant license
