We are seeking a high-caliber professional to fill the position of Director, Private Banking. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of credit markets, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive the growth of the credit business volume and revenue within W&PB.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovative lending solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including relationship managers, Head of businesses, clients, risk management, legal and compliance, and others.
  • Collaborate with the Credit team to refine credit processes, procedures, and controls, ensuring alignment with the bank's risk appetite.
  • Provide expert guidance on credit advisory propositions across various jurisdictions and asset classes.
  • Remain current with regulatory updates and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

7 years' experience in credit-related activities.
