About the Role

We are looking for a talented Marketplace Partnership Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow the fashion category at Noon, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive sales growth and optimize product assortment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, account management experience, and the ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships. They will be responsible for managing key retail and brand partnerships within the fashion category, identifying opportunities to expand brand presence within the Noon marketplace.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building Strong Relationships:
    • Nurture relationships with key fashion brands, retailers, and e-commerce sellers.
    • Develop and maintain long-term collaborations with partners.
  • Driving Sales Growth:
    • Optimize product placement, pricing, and promotional strategies to drive sales.
    • Work with partners to identify opportunities to expand brand presence within the Noon marketplace.
  • Product Assortment & Inventory Management:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper inventory levels and alignment with fashion trends.
    • Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce. They should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
