Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in the Middle East, responsible for providing a cohesive administration service that promotes the timely delivery of operations and cost recovery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, time management and prioritising skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage various tasks.
The role involves scheduling regular meetings, recording decisions, breaking projects into manageable tasks, creating and updating workflows, conducting risk analyses, preparing documentation, ordering resources and tracking expenses.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions
- Breaking projects into doable tasks and setting timeframes and goals
- Creating and updating workflows
- Conducting risk analyses
- Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Ordering resources, like equipment and software
- Retrieving necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
- Tracking expenses and predicting future costs
- Monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues
