Job Description:

The Administrative Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's operations by ensuring seamless employee onboarding, work permit, and iqama issuance processes. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with ONB and HR to ensure timely processing of work permits and iqamas
  • Manage employee payment settlements and follow up on pending payments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR and administration
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and process payment invoices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR or administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
