As our Fraud Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our product vision, working closely with engineers, data analysts, scientists, designers, and other product managers. Your responsibilities will include guiding daily operations, defining a long-term product strategy, and driving product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership and Collaboration: Drive cross-functional teams to create effective fraud detection and compliance products.
  • Product Strategy and Development: Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems, focusing on internal product development and external vendor integration.
  • Product Analytics and Insights: Analyze fraud trends using data-driven insights and debug production issues across services.
  • User-Centric Problem Solving: Collaborate with functional teams to understand user pain points and develop solutions.
  • Adaptive and Empathetic Teamwork: Work effectively with team members through empathy and respect.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fraud detection or compliance.
  • Familiarity with fields like fraud mitigation, real-time decision engines, machine learning, or data science is highly advantageous.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and building products that protect platforms and users.
