We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership group, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that deliver value to our clients.

Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT or related business fields.
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Agile/Scrum.
