Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute training programs for frontline teams in line with Sales, Brand, Marketing, and HR Strategies.
  • Create a culture of performance by monitoring KPIs and tracking ROI of training programs.
  • Consistently assess the training and education of retail and wholesale teams, with evaluations communicated to the leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain effective digital training platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant training and education experience, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics industry within the GCC region.
  • Make-up artistry experience.

  • Ability to drive sales through training and education of retail teams.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
