About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing top talent to support Tamara's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Hiring Process: Deliver the entire hiring process for hires at all levels, including running effective briefing sessions with managers, applicant screening, compiling of longlists and shortlists for hiring managers, candidate briefings, and arranging interviews and feedback sessions to support the successful closing of open positions with high-caliber hires.
  • Passive Candidate Sourcing: Identify and reach out to high-caliber, passive candidates, and maintain relevant candidate pools - engaging them through multiple channels, ensuring our brand is conveyed accurately at all times.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate data points and produce a range of relevant reports as requested and needed to support effective communication and commercial decision making.
  • Hiring Manager Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision makers throughout the business.
  • Recruitment Process Improvement: Work closely with stakeholders to deeply understand both the technical and behavioral requirements of the role, the function, and the organization. Recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice; for example, running recruitment workshops for hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Target Achievement: Work to and meet/exceed agreed targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Skills: Proven ability using quantitative and qualitative data to inform process improvements and drive change management. Excellent interpersonal skills and effective English verbal and written communication skills. Strong experience of the KSA talent market. Ability to manage 3rd party suppliers and their delivery to Tamara. Experienced in problem-solving with a solution-oriented mindset. Proven ability to support senior stakeholders up to and including C-Suite. Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to set high personal goals and work independently. Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize tasks. Proven acuity in MS Office & G-Suite.
  • Language: Must be an Arabic speaker.
