We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Southern Region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining Philips Healthcare equipment to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install Philips Healthcare equipment according to established standards, ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks.
  • Planned Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and equipment modifications within the allotted timeframes and to the required quality standards.
  • Corrective Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, with support from tier-2 support helpdesk when necessary.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a commitment to meeting customer needs and requirements, ensuring all quality standards are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, and other paperwork as assigned.
  • Commercial Leads: Identify potential commercial leads through customer visits and provide feedback and recommendations to management.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the District Customer Services & Operations Manager and the Customer Services Account Manager as needed.
  • Company Property: Use company property with care to ensure optimal results with minimal operational costs.
  • Technology Updates: Stay up-to-date with new technologies that may impact Philips Healthcare products.
  • Customer Representation: Represent Philips with respect to customer problems, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behavior in accordance with Philips policy and targets.
  • Service Events: Execute service events (maintenance & installation) in compliance with applicable Business Unit (BU) / Business Line (BL) service manuals and relevant Philips quality standard policies.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
  • Experience: 5 years of field service experience in MR/CT and other modalities.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment, troubleshooting, and responding to customers' concerns.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
  • Language: Advanced level of English and Arabic is a must.
