Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Sofitel Al Khobar The Corniche. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Guest Service
  • Greet and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide personalized service to ensure a memorable stay.
Check-in/Check-out Process
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately.
  • Collect payment and settle accounts as per hotel standards.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for our guests.
  • Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest's stay.
  • Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  1. Language Skills
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written), a second language an asset.
Experience and Skills
  • Previous customer-related experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
