Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join Qureos Inc in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Communication: Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or employee, utilizing excellent communication skills to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Administrative Support: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked, and handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of visitors, calls, and appointments.
- General Administration: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying, and liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office supplies and equipment are well-maintained.
- Security and Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain the security of the office, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of company information.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and basic computer skills.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and time-management skills, and a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
