Job Description

We are seeking a Female Business Development manager to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires identifying and securing new business opportunities in the spa, wellness, and healthcare sectors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and real estate, with strong connections to real estate developers in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should already be residing in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and Securing New Business Opportunities

  • To actively pursue new business opportunities for Premedion KSA in the spa and wellness sectors.

  • To ensure Premedion KSA is introduced to and registered with major clients across the Kingdom.

  • Maintain an updated list of prospective clients, expressions of interest, and upcoming bids while regularly reporting outcomes to management.

  • Supporting Strategic Initiatives and Representing Premedion KSA

  • To provide input and support the implementation of Premedion KSA's overall business development strategy.

  • To represent Premedion KSA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and promote the brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales within the spa and wellness industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the spa and wellness industry, market trends, and key players in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven expertise in marketing, prospecting, networking, persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of the spa, fitness, healthcare, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be residing in Riyadh.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
