Job Summary As a Senior Business Development professional you will be responsible for driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships. You will identify opportunities build and nurture client relationships and lead initiatives that align with NOK Facilities vision for expansion in the Saudi market. Job Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders decisionmakers and industry leaders.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to secure highvalue deals.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive longterm business growth.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Recruitment Marketing Operations) to align business development efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Networking: Represent NOK Facilities at industry events trade shows and conferences to increase brand visibility.
Key Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in business development sales or strategic partnerships preferably in consulting recruitment or a related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to create and execute growth strategies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Network: Established network within Saudi Arabias business and industrial sectors is a plus.
  • Personal Traits: High level of initiative selfmotivation and ability to work independently.
