We are TechSA, a leading provider of airport services. Our Centralized Help Desk Team plays a critical role in handling technical complaints and service requests from airport stakeholders.

About the Role:

As a Technical Support Specialist - Airport Environment, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations by receiving, categorizing, and dispatching complaints while monitoring resolutions and keeping requesters updated.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and log complaints through multiple channels (phone, email, web portal, mobile app, in-person).
  2. Categorize Complaints based on priority (electrical, mechanical, civil, IT).
  3. Dispatch Complaints to the relevant maintenance teams for swift resolution.
  4. Monitor Ticket Progress and ensure timely issue resolution.
  5. Provide Real-Time Updates and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
  • Experience in technical support/help desk operations (airport systems experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and facility management terminology in an airport environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and escalation procedures.
