We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Hong Kong Housing Society.

The Job

  • As a Building Services Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for solving technical problems and dealing with urgent/emergency repairs concerning building services installations and maintenance.
  • You will prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings, and specifications for maintenance and improvement works, and monitor work progress and contractors' performance.
  • Conduct regular surveys on building services installations and prepare reports for management review.
  • Review tender applications and prepare tender documents for approval.

The Person

  • You should have a Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical Engineering, and a Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance of building services installations is required.
  • Less experience will be considered as Officer (Maintenance - Building Services).
