The Impact You'll Make in this Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people worldwide and tap into your curiosity.

You will make an impact by:

  • Implementing business strategies and models to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Generating demand at end users through direct calls or cooperation with channel partners.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of 3M cable accessory products and their applications.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Channel, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to gain market share.
  • Executing local kitting strategies for medium voltage cable accessories.
  • Leveraging relationships with key contacts to increase perception of our high-tech solutions.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following minimum requirements:

  • Saudi nationality is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or higher.
  • Proven experience in Electrical product knowledge and sales roles in the construction and MPE market.

  • Balance short and long sales cycles through key account management.
  • Navigate complex customer organizations using communication and analytical skills.

  • Experience in identifying opportunities through market intelligence.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
