About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all pre-contract estimation activities, including reviewing tender documents, analyzing project requirements, and preparing detailed cost estimation reports. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project managers, senior engineers, and finance teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids for civil and electromechanical projects.
About Your Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- With 10-15 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably within Saudi Arabia, you possess a comprehensive understanding of the local market and regulatory standards.
- As a seasoned professional, you have excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, which enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- You have experience working with estimation software and MS Office, and are proficient in developing relationships with subcontractors and vendors for competitive pricing and specification compliance.
