The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business leads through research and outreach.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS AND EXPAND OUR PORTFOLIO.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- You are a goal-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities.
- You are willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
