About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Officer to join our team at Allianz Saudi Fransi. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our business data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of business data, including data integrity checking, statistics, and regular business report preparations.
  • Business Analytics: Support the development of business analytics by extracting and reorganizing original data, resolving data-related issues with other departments, and providing data insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Governance: Drive the development and implementation of an in-house data management system, ensuring access management, providing guidance and training on data extraction to other departments or subsidiaries.
  • Data Preparation and Mining: Prepare and mine data to identify opportunities for business growth, optimize business objectives, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making in budget planning, KPI assessments, and business strategy.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Collect and analyze competitive information to propose suggestions for business improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the optimization of campaign performance tracking reports with business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of data management methodologies, data governance, data architecture, data protection, and data analytics.
  • Language Skills: Good English written and spoken skills, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT or business administration, with a relevant certificate or equivalent.
