About the Role:- This is a key leadership position within our Guest Services team.
- You will be responsible for coordinating guest services and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Guest Service Delivery: Provide exceptional guest service and attention to all guests, focusing on creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Amenity Coordination: Prepare and coordinate the distribution of guest amenities, welcome letters, and fruit setups for VIPs and long-stay guests.
- Guest History Management: Update and maintain accurate guest history profiles through our Opera guest profile system.
- Daily Report Review: Review and prepare next day's arrival reports for VIPs and those accorded special status, highlighting relevant information to management.
- Room Allocation: Block rooms to ensure allocation according to guest expectations, utilizing guest history and communicating with other departments as necessary.
- Courtesy Calls: Make courtesy calls to guests and complete the daily call log as per established guidelines.
