Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager, HR, GRO, PRO to join our rapidly scaling Post Setup business line within AstroLabs Business Growth Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio and ensuring smooth regulatory compliance while supporting business growth through HR, PRO, and GRO services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and ensure world-class service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government entities and external partners to enhance collaboration and service quality.
  • Master governmental portals to maintain compliance, accuracy, and timely service delivery.
  • Execute services to a high standard, including license renewals, work permits, Saudization, payroll, and social insurance contributions.
  • Manage client data accurately and update systems regularly.
  • Continuously review processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Success with a proven track record in an outcome-driven environment in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience working with HR, GRO, PRO, Company Setup, Corporate Services or related services is highly desirable.
  • Fully fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to create, review, and manage documents and databases.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
