About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available at atmaal, where we are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead our Change Management process.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of managing IT changes within the organization, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Change Management process in accordance with ITIL best practices, ensuring changes are thoroughly assessed, approved, and implemented.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Change Management activities, collaborating closely with stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units.
  • Evaluate change requests for completeness and impact, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring accurate assessments of changes, including potential risks, impacts, and urgencies.
  • Monitor and report on change status, ensuring accurate tracking in the Change Management system.
  • Develop and maintain Change Management documentation, including process guidelines, templates, and best practice policies.
  • Support the development of training materials and deliver training sessions on Change Management processes.
  • Ensure timely implementation of changes and minimal disruptions to services.
  • Conduct post-change reviews to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in Change Management, preferably in an ITIL-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, particularly the Change Management process.
  • Experience working with Change Management tools and software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple change requests and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess risk and impact associated with changes.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • ITIL certification (Foundation or Intermediate) is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement within the Change Management process.
