About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager - Service Sales to oversee Service Sales Business growth in assigned territories/accounts. This role is based out of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering various segments like Academia, Genomics research, Food Safety, Infectious disease, etc.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive consistent Service Sales Contract Business growth in assigned territory/accounts.
  • Lead generation and funnel management: Ensure active engagement with Key Stake Holders at all customer sites to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Implement Branded Experience in assigned territory/accounts to foster a loyal customer base through awareness creation and agreed actions as per management guidance.
  • Adhere to internal processes and compliance: Follow organizational guidelines to consistently grow contracts coverage while ensuring timely professional service to customers.
  • Actively cover accounts with the ability to promote & sell service products efficiently, driving consistent sale growth in assigned territory/accounts with minimal support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide Best In Class Services & grow the Service Sales Business in assigned territory/accounts along with customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record in Service Sales with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience.
  • A self-motivated professional driving go-to-market strategies as per organization's requirements.
  • A competitive attitude to learn and follow established sales processes to secure business in line with expected business guidelines.
  • The ability to implement management's stands and position efficiently within the assigned territory/accounts.
  • Skill set to manage customer relationships ensuring a productive and long-term relationship with strategic customers.
  • A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and advocate for it internally and externally.
  • Fluent in reading/writing Arabic & English languages.
