About the RoleThis key role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that enhances revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within major accounts in the Western region of Saudi Arabia. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, manage contract negotiations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the National Key Accounts Manager to create and implement a tailored sales strategy that considers market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs.
- Account Management: Foster long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and engagement between them and pladis Saudi Arabia.
- Market Analysis & Intelligence: Monitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive activity in the region to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the key account channel.
You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company-wide goals, brand positioning, and promotional activities. As a leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the field team, setting goals, leading meetings, and providing guidance to team members.
